Based on the thong fastening shoes found in northern Europe between the 9th and 13th centuries, these shoes answer the footwear requirements for earlier period medievalist. This slip on shoe has a broad, round toe shape and a single lace that loops around.

Made with the same quality we put into out other shoes, the leather is soft and light weight for comfort and freedom of movement. Available in full sizes from Ladies' 5 to 10; Men's 6 to 14.

These shoes are very close in terms of correct appearance. Sewn and turned in the period manner these turnshoes are exceedingly comfortable and can accomodate a wide variety of foot widths.

Note: These shoes run small. People who normally wear 1/2 sizes, will probably want to go up to the next size.
