Another wonderful video from the producers of the Ochs longsword DVD, Agilitas has created a finely-produced contribution to the Western martial arts field.

This video synthasizes material from surviving German manuscripts into a new system of wrestling-based self defense appropriate for the medieval period. Students will learn how to fall without mats, basic positions and methods of movement, grips & entering techniques, throws, attacks and defensive maneuvers, techniques for kicking and punching, and practice drills on foot and on the ground.

The DVD is NTSC and is without regional encoding. The German version is also available in PAL format.
