DVD-R

This is a record of a seminar given by Brian R. Price of the Schola Saint George in January, 2005, covering the fundamental techniques of the longsword as fought through Fiore dei Liberi's guards or poste.

Created by Schola study group leader Patrick Owens, the DVD records the 2-day seminar and includes some background on Fiore, the medieval longsword, fundamentals and drills for the stance, footwork, poste and poste transitions, breaking the poste, striking colpi and punte, and the five "plays" done by Schola students for their Compagno testing.

This is not a studio-produced video but is rather a record of the seminar designed to assist students in practicing the covered material; essentially digital, visual class-notes.

Recorded in DVD-R, which should play on any computer and in most DVD-players. NTSC Format.

Proceeds split between the Schola and the videographer, who was kind enough to help out!
