Detailed Description
Complete Talhoffer Poleaxe, kit or finished
My favorite weapon may well be the poleaxe, since it not only requires a sense of balance, but the flow of a fight can be brisk and definative. Metal poleaxes, however, are just too dangerous to train with for the most part; they were designed to defeat armour, so any attempt to armour against them retains a degree of risk.
All of our exclusive poleaxe components are assembled for you into a fine weapon simulator. The pole is made from AAA grade white ash, the head is our 1467 Talhoffer poleaxe/polehammer head, and there are two of our dague tips, one at each end. A rondel hand guard is also included.
The shaft length varies, although I prefer the 58" version, since its more maneuverable and lacks nothing with respect to power. I do offer the axes in a 52" version and a 66" version, however--your choice. Finished weapons feature a finished haft and are ready to play.
WMA Version: Contains 1 ash haft, 2 of our polearm thrusting-spikes, the Talhoffer weapon head, and rondel.
HARDWARE Kit: Contains 2 of our polearm thrusting-spikes, the Talhoffer weapon head, and rondel.

NOTE: This is a piece of martial arts training equipment, not a toy. IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR SPARRING WITHOUT APPROPRIATE ARMOUR NOR WITHOUT APPROPRIATE TRAINING. Check with your local safety officers (or marshal) for local regulations regarding polearm specifications. Revival Enterprises cannot guarantee that this product will meet the safety requirements of any group and cannot be responsible for the use or misuse of this item.
Due to overseas shipping restrictions, the haft is not available for overseas shipping. Hardware can be ordered separately, or as a kit on this page.
